Serves families with infants and young children up to age 5. Services include: Financial assistance to buy healthy foods Nutrition and health education Support and information about breastfeeding Loans breast pump for emergencies on case-by-case basis; Encourages getting a pump from insurance plan. Referrals to health care and other community services.Qualified participants may receive a certificate to attend the car seat safety education class and receive a free car seat, a $25 value.
